According to the Turkish Statistical Center, the highest property growth rate in Türkiye in recent years has been in the city of Istanbul.

Also, the largest number of transactions registered in Türkiye was related to the sale of houses in Istanbul.

But this does not mean that you should not buy property and houses in other cities in Türkiye.

Buying a house in Istanbul is the most profitable among other cities. On the other hand, you don’t have to wait for its sale.

In the last month, the prices of houses for sale in Beylikdüzü have increased by 3.34% in the housing market. While the average residential square meter prices in Beylikdüzü are 15,068 TL, the payback period is calculated as 20 years.
Accordingly, in the real estate index and region report of 2022, the average price of a 100-square-meter house purchased in Beylikdüzü was between 1,130,100 TL and 1,883,500 TL.

 

Maslak, Sarıyer, İstanbul

In the Maslak real estate market, house prices for sale increased by 3.12% in the last month. While the average residential square meter prices in Maslak district are 57,024 TL, the payback period is calculated as 23 years.
Accordingly, the average price of a 100-square-meter house purchased in the Maslak neighborhood in the real estate index and regional report of 2022 was between 4.276.793 TL and 7.128.000 TL.

 

Üsküdar, İstanbul

Housing prices for sale in Üsküdar have increased by 2.96% in the last month. While the average residential square meter prices in Üsküdar district are 22,372 TL, the payback period is calculated as 22 years.
Accordingly, in the real estate index and regional report of 2022, the average price of a 100-square-meter house purchased in Üsküdar district was between 1.677.893 TL and 2.796.500 TL.

 

Kartal, İstanbul

Housing prices for sale in Kartal have increased by 1.67% in the last month in the housing market for sale. While the average residential square meter prices in Kartal are 19,572 TL, the payback period is calculated as 21 years.
Accordingly, in the real estate index and regional report of 2022, the average price of a 100-square-meter house purchased in the Kartal district was between 1.467.878 TL and 2.446.500 TL.

Antalya

Housing prices for sale in Antalya have increased by 4.5% in the last month in the housing market for sale. While the average residential square meter prices in Antalya are 14,496 TL, the payback period is calculated as 17 years.
Accordingly, in the real estate index and regional report of 2022, the average price of a 100-square-meter house purchased in Antalya was between 1,087,237 TL and 1,812,100 TL.

 

Mersin 

Housing prices for sale in Mersin have increased by 5.76% in the last month in the housing market for sale. While the average residential square meter price in Mersin is 7,767 TL, the payback period is calculated as 21 years.
Accordingly, in the real estate index and regional report of 2022, the average price of a 100-square-meter house purchased in Mersin was between 582,537 TL and 970,900 TL.

 

Ankara

Housing prices for sale in Ankara have increased by 5.38% in the last month in the housing market for sale. While the average residential square meter prices in Ankara are 8,710 TL, the payback period is calculated as 20 years.
Accordingly, in the real estate index and regional report of 2022, the average price of a 100-square-meter house purchased in Ankara was between 653,243 TL and 1,088,700 TL.

 

 

Finally, we must say that you must have heard about the new law of obtaining tourist accommodation through the purchase of the property. But we repeat. You can get a 1-year tourist stay by buying a property for at least 75,000 dollars in big cities and at least 55,000 dollars in small cities, and you can extend your stay every year. The house you buy for tourist accommodation should not be in prohibited areas.
